POLICIES & PROCEDURES

To establish your membership: 1.Contact one of our Coaches (Colleen, Devan. or Raquel) via email or text at their address listed below to discuss a plan and undergo an Assessment/Consultation. 2.Coaches will professionally advise to whether HOUSE H.I.I.T. or DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM are a better fit for Member. 3.“PURCHASE A PASS” and “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” on House of Fitness Rehoboth LLC PunchPass site located at: https://houseoffitnessrehoboth.punchpass.com/passes 4.“RESERVATIONS” can be made up to 180 days in advance to plan out schedule. The more proactive you are the more secure your spot will be in desired day/time. 5.When class is attended, Coaches will complete a “MARKED RESERVATION” and session will be charged from Member’s account. SCHEDULING POLICY: All scheduling and rescheduling of HOUSE H.I.I.T. classes are to be done by the Member via PunchPass. No “RESERVATIONS” can be made without purchasing a “PASS”. No “RESERVATIONS” without signing waivers/forms on PunchPass. All scheduling and rescheduling of DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM are to be done through coordination between the Member and Coach. All training session dates and times will then be scheduled on PunchPass by the Coach. No “RESERVATIONS” can be made without purchasing a “PASS”. No “RESERVATION” without signing waivers/forms on PunchPass. PASS EXPIRATION DATES: “PASS PERIOD” expires after 4 WEEKS of purchase date for HOUSE H.I.I.T. and DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. **If Member purchases a “PASS” and needs to take an extended amount of time off, it is the obligation of the Member to notify one of the Coaches to “PAUSE” account. This must be done at least, 24 HOURS prior to time needed off. The day the account is “PAUSED” will freeze remaining time of “PASS PERIOD” and membership will not renew until “UNPAUSED”. **Failure to use sessions over “PASS PERIOD” will result in expiration of remaining sessions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Members must cancel any HOUSE H.I.I.T. or DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM “RESERVATION” a minimum of 7 HOURS prior to the start of class. It is the obligation of the Member to do this on their own via PunchPass, or by texting the scheduled Coach. For example, Members who reserve a spot in the 5 am class, have until 10 pm the night prior, to cancel the “RESERVATION”. This gives an opportunity for someone else to get the spot in the class if the class is full. Any cancellation less than 7 HOURS in advance will result in a “NO-SHOW” on PunchPass. TARDINESS POLICY: Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time listed on the schedule. Acceptance of tardiness is at the discretion of the Coaches; however, the Member understands that tardiness results in less time to warm-up and follow the recommended protocols of exercise. Therefore, the Member assumes responsibility for any of the injuries that may result from not following the recommended workout. Tardiness does not entitle the Member to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. NO-SHOW POLICY: **Failure to follow the CANCELLATION POLICY, regardless of type of PASS, will result in a “NO-SHOW” and the session will be charged from the Member’s account. Members who purchase an UNLIMITED PASS who “NO-SHOW” a class that is full should understand they are taking away from someone else’s chance to exercise and obtain goals. **In the result of (5) “NO-SHOW” in a month, Members lose their ability to sign up for classes in advance. House of Fitness Rehoboth LLC understands the unpredictability of life and scheduling. If a last-minute emergency presents, still contact the scheduled Coach. Our goal is to help the Members live a happier and healthier life. Exceptions to all policies may be made at the discretion of the Coaches. However, repeat offenders and abuse of our willingness to help will result in no exceptions.
