Emily Anderson

Certified Functional Strength Coach

I believe in strengthening and conditioning our bodies because it is so vital to our health and longevity. I’ve always had a passion for fitness, and after 15 years of learning and utilizing different lifting styles and methods, I've developed a well rounded knowledge of exercising.

As a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFCS) “The ability to truly coach an athlete, properly demonstrate exercises and modify programming in real-time is what sets apart great coaches in the field. ‘The Art of Coaching’ is the ability to address situations as they occur in real time on the training floor”.

Programming around functional exercises that are easily transferrable to real life, I prioritize safety, form and learning proper technique.

I’m proud to a member of the coaching team here at House of Fitness and can't wait to see you in the gym!
