HIIT Classes
These 45-minute high-intensity interval classes are designed to get you a full-body blast of strength, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, core strength, and more. If working in a small group is of interest to you, these classes will give you the camaraderie and extra push you are looking for!
STRETCH Class
Join Emily for a relaxing STRETCH class that will include but not limited to: foam rolling, joint mobilization, muscle activation, and of course- Stretching!
Be prepared to sweat a little but not a whole lot, bring water and a comfortable yoga mat.
A 45 minute class focusing on feeling the stretch in the right places and learning proper joint alignment to train your brain and body how to work together resulting in safer and more efficient movement.
Personal Training
Individual or small group training designed for each individual's specific needs and athletic ability. Our Coaches will design a custom program centering around safe movement and correct form. This is a great option for those just starting their fitness journey or a seasoned exerciser looking to hone a skill or improve body composition.
Teen Strength & Conditioning
Ready to unlock your true athletic potential? This isn't just another workout program - it's your gateway to becoming the athlete you've always dreamed of being. Our classes will teach you to optimize your strength, speed, and explosive power through scientifically proven training methods designed specifically for athletes.
